YOU MUST FILL OUT ONE OF THESE FORMS IF...
• Your guest is a 10th grader at EHS- EHS 10th Grade Guest
• Your guest is from another school- Guest from another school
(please only fill out the one that applies to you).
• Your guest is older than 18 (must be younger than 21) -Guest who is out of high school
Failure to fill out these forms could result in your guest not being able to attend Prom.
*If both of you are a Junior or Senior at EHS-No need to fill out these forms*
*If you attend an alternate school, please fill out the form that best fits your guest. An alternate school is one that is approved through the district (SES, ALC or Homeschooled)*

9:30 - 11:30 p.m. Ride on Rides
Location: MOA - Parkview Event Center - Nickelodeon Universe
(Next to Fly over America)
Ticket Prices:
Tickets are $45/person when purchased between April 18th - May 2nd and can be purchased on EduTrak
Seniors will be able to purchase tickets starting April 18th.
Juniors will be able to purchase tickets starting April 21st.
LATE ticket Prices: After May 2nd, tickets will be $65/ticket, if tickets are still available.
Included in Ticket Price: Dance, unlimited photo booth photos, 2 hours of student rides (closed to public)
Limited tickets are available, there is a chance this dance will SELL OUT!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR PROM:
- All attendees must have their student ID to enter. This includes guests from other schools. If no student ID available they must have their drivers license.
- Tickets are not allowed to be switched.
- All attendees must check in to the dance by 9:15 p.m.
- Parking: The best place to park for Prom is on the 1st floor of the West side of Mall of America. This lot is located between Macy's and Nordstrom. Chaperones will be available at the entrance to escort attendees that do not have a drivers license.

NO BAGS (backpacks, large totes, etc). Small purses are permitted. No changing clothes at the event. The Coat Check will close immediately after the dance. Any items left with the coat check must be picked up by 10pm.
- Suit Coat Recommendation: Spare yourself suit coat confusion, and protect yourself from the high temperatures in the event space by leaving your suit coat in your vehicle.
- Can I change my clothes before I go on rides? No - Prom wear only on the rides. Choose clothing that will allow for riding on rides.
Shoes - Tennis shoes with your formal wear for the dance and rides is perfectly acceptable.
