If you are physically at school
- Go to the Counseling Office
- OR tell any teacher that you need help connecting with someone to talk with
If you are not at school

- Make an appointment to talk to your School Counselor. There are two ways to make appointments:
- Come to the Counseling Office and make an appointment (counselors sometimes have additional times available that are not on their online calendar)

- Student disability support - If you are struggling with a physical or mental health condition that is impacting your learning, you may be eligible for a 504 plan to allow for accommodations to support you and help you cope.

- Private individual therapy that takes place during the school day at EHS can be arranged (with parent consent) through one of our co-located mental health clinics:
