All Notepads & More... product is made in the USA, on the Eagan High School campus, Eagan Minnesota. Daily, student workers who receive special education programing strive to do and be their best in their work labs to provide you with the highest quality products.

Notepads are available on acid-free paper. Shapes are produced with Ellison and AccuCut dies. Students produce 3 sizes of notepads, confetti, magnets, gift tags and small boxes.

The Training Plan for Notepads & More… is to develop and enhance employment maturity skills and behaviors in mild to severe special needs students who participate in the Eagan High School Work Experience Program's Work Force Foundation classes. Eagan High Work Force Foundation students apply guided decision-making processes to promote personal growth developing competencies in self determination- self-regulation, self-governing, interpersonal relationship skills, and employment maturity behaviors/work flow efficiencies.
When you purchase product, you are doing much more than making a goodwill gesture. You are making a difference in the lives of those we serve by supporting innovative, progressive employment maturity skills and behaviors. Eagan High Work Experience Program Training Plan outline for Work Force Foundations I, II, III
• Work Force Foundation students apply guided decision-making processes to promote personal growth and develop competencies in self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, employment readiness, independent living and citizenship.
• Work Labs provide opportunities to strengthen employment maturity behaviors by demonstrating workflow efficiencies in work labs on the school campus and in the Eagan community. #1: Safety, Policies & Procedures; Work Labs are guided by Child Labor, OSHA and Health Department guidelines: •Workers - Materials - Supplies - Tools

The Training Plan is for student workers to develop workflow efficiencies of:
Safety:
➢ Follow safety practices.
➢ Follow work place rules.
➢ Follow standard operating procedures for equipment & materials.
Punctuality & Dependability:
➢ Arrive on time, ready to work
➢ Use restroom prior to work.
➢ Notify job coach or job supervisor when leaving the job site.
➢ Notify job supervisor prior to planned absences.
Character:
➢ Be honest. Be trustworthy.
➢ Show initiative. Just do it.
➢ Display self-discipline, self-control.
➢ Demonstrate personal responsibility.
Team Work:
➢ Be a good work neighbor to other’s workspace.
➢ Respect confidentiality. (Mind your own business)
➢ Be open to encouragement & correction.
➢ Be flexible in change.
Appearance:
➢ Bring needed class material; other personal items… use your locker.
➢ Proper work uniform- clean clothes daily.
• Hair pulled back, No headphones, No tank tops or spaghetti strapped tops, need sleeves on your shirt.
➢ Shower/bath daily, teeth brushed, Use deodorant daily, nail care.
➢ Wallet/purse with personal id enclosed.
Communication:
➢ Positive, pleasant tone of voice.
➢ Use of standard English.
➢ Demonstrate positive customer service skills
Production:
➢ Perform task at set standards.
➢ Perform & maintain standard of accuracy.

Notepads & More... sales
Below are documents or an on-line application for volunteering availability for Notepads & More... product sales at Parent/Teacher conferences. (Fall, Winter & Spring trimesters) and for selling at the Band Craft sale.

The Notepads & More...sales table is located in the gathering space of Eagan's East entrance commonly aka., student parking lot/gym entrance
Sales/volunteer availability forms are DUE to Ms Gustafson-Ms Milleson the Monday prior to Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Work Exp. Work Force Foundation students will sell Notepads & More... in partnership with WECEP (Work Experience Career Exploration Program), DP (Developmental Psychology) National Honor Society students &/or Mentor Program students. This is a service learning project.
Student workers are responsible for their transportation to & from this volunteer experience at Eagan High School

The Notepads & More... sales location is the East student entrance (student parking lot - gym doors entrance)

Work Experience Programs

The Work Experience Program at Eagan High School provides secondary students identified as at-risk of meeting graduation requirements or with an IEP (Individual Education Plan) essential life-learning strategies. The Training Plan curriculum includes a strong career component that incorporates critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills through participation in Work Force Foundations, or Work Seminar classes, field experiences and Work-Based Learning placements. The goal of the program is to increase student employment maturity skills and behaviors, to develop career awareness and a life work plan.
